Pre-Information Notice and Distance B2B Subscription Agreement

PRE-INFORMATION NOTICE: This document is prepared pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and applicable commercial regulations to inform the Buyer Business of contract and service terms prior to order completion. Performance of the digital SaaS license commences immediately upon order confirmation.

The subject of this Agreement is the provision of a remote subscription license for cloud-based appointment scheduling, specialist calendar management, and CRM software (B2B SaaS) ordered electronically by the Business.

Payment Method: Credit Card / Debit Card (via Central Bank Licensed Payment Gateway & 3D Secure)

The Business warrants and represents that it purchases the software license strictly for commercial, professional, and operational trade purposes.

Because the Business holds merchant/commercial status under Turkish Law, Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts do not apply to this transaction.

Under the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK) and Turkish Code of Obligations (TBK), no statutory consumer withdrawal right exists for instantly activated digital SaaS licenses.

Notwithstanding commercial statutory rules, Buluyo contractually grants a 14-Day Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee to all new subscribers under its Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) under identical terms unless cancelled prior via the dashboard or Polar Customer Portal.

Renewal charges are automatically collected by Polar Software, Inc., followed by delivery of official invoices to the registered email.

Payment transactions are executed through Polar Software, Inc. and Stripe with PCI-DSS Level 1 certified security, 3D Secure, and 256-bit SSL encryption. Card numbers are never stored on Buluyo servers.

The Business may cancel its subscription at any time via the Buluyo Dashboard or Polar Customer Portal with a single click. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active billing period, and service continues uninterrupted until that date.

Following the initial 14-day money-back guarantee, early termination of annual discounted plans does not entitle the subscriber to pro-rata refunds for remaining months; software access remains open until the 12-month period concludes.

Accounts with failed renewal charges are suspended after 3 automated attempts; historical records remain safeguarded while live booking intake is paused.

Commercial disputes arising from this B2B Agreement are subject to mandatory mediation under TTK Art. 5/A.

If mediation is unsuccessful, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Antalya, Turkey have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumer Arbitration Committees lack jurisdiction over this commercial agreement.
