End User Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are concluded between Batuhan Mutlu (Buluyo Sole Proprietorship), located at Yeni Mah. Ahmet Cavus Cad. Taarruz F Blok No: 44 F Ic Kapi No: 1 Kemer / Antalya, Turkey (Tax Office: Kemer, Tax ID: 6250754182, Phone: +90 850 840 96 39, Email: destek@buluyo.app, KEP: batuhan.mutlu@hs01.kep.tr) ("Buluyo" or "Platform"), and the individual end users booking appointments ("Client" or "User").

Buluyo operates strictly as an "Intermediary Service Provider" pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce.

The platform enables Clients to view real-time availability calendars and directly book appointments with independent barbers, hair salons, beauty centers, spas, and clinics. Booking and calendar usage is 100% FREE for clients.

Physical salon and aesthetic services are rendered directly and exclusively by the independent Business. Buluyo is not a provider of physical salon services; the respective Business bears sole liability for service quality, defects, and salon execution.

Clients warrant that name, phone, and email details supplied during booking are accurate and current.

Arriving punctually at the reserved appointment time is the Client's obligation.

Users failing to attend appointments without timely notice (No-Show) may face temporary or permanent booking restrictions to protect businesses' reserved capacities.

Clients can cancel or reschedule bookings free of charge and without penalty with a single tap up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.

For cancellations requested less than 2 hours before the appointment, the partner business's operational cancellation rules apply.

The Buluyo brand, trademark, software code, UI design, and database belong exclusively to Batuhan Mutlu and are protected under international IP law.

These Terms enter into effect electronically upon user confirmation and are archived in Buluyo's digital systems.

Consumer disputes arising under these Terms may be brought before Consumer Arbitration Committees and Antalya Consumer Courts within statutory limits.
